Welcome to fashglobe!

Our goal at fashglobe is for you to love every piece you order but we know that returns happen. So we hope this makes it a simple process for you.

What is your Return Policy?

We accept returns or exchanges on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached and shoes must be in shoe boxes) within 30 days of fulfillment.  


Exchanges & Returns

We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different size or color.  Returns are for store credit ONLY!    Mail in returns will incur a $6 shipping label fee.

For transparency: Store Credit is processed for the item cost only. The initial shipping fee is not reimbursed.


If any returns do not meet the requirements listed above, our amazing customer service team will contact you via email or phone.  For any questions, please contact genstrend@vipservice.vip.

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify our customer service department within 3 days of receiving your order.  We ask that you please include photos of any damage to expedite the process.  We do our very best to accurately depict the correct colors of our clothing but colors may vary due to photography lenses and lighting.  These situations do not qualify for defects but you most certainly can still return them.
